Mardi Gras - Tiara - Gold W/Stones & Stars Accessory

I ordered this item last year to use as a halloween prop. It has withstood being stretched on to adults heads and kids trying to fit it on stuffed animals. Not one piece has broken off. For being so cheap it has really stood up well.
